We want you to be delighted with your purchase.. If you’re not, we’ll be happy to provide a refund once the item has been returned. Please read our full policy and return instructions below.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing the name of the product and detailing the issue you have with the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will reply to your email within five business days and provide further instructions.
Damages and Exchange
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace it with a new product.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
